Fortunately, we can increase our chances of success if we manifest the right environment.
Whilst it can sound clichè, mindset management is one of the most powerful ways to help a client overcome their environment. No matter how ugly a situation is, with a growth mindset and inspiring goal, progress is still achievable.
It’s rare that we get approached by new clients asking for process-derived goals, things like increasing understanding of their own body, eating and training in a way that would serve them. Instead, they tend to ask for X amount of fat loss, or Y amount of muscle added to a specific area, which of course we’re known for delivering.
